Can I ask you something honest?

Hey [FIRST_NAME_PROCESSED GOES HERE],

I just wrapped up a promotion for the Conversion Operating System (COS) this week.

And I noticed that you saw some of those emails but didn't grab it.

Which is totally fine.

But I'm genuinely curious...

What held you back?

Was it...

-- Timing? (Easter weekend, family stuff, just didn't get to it)

-- Price? ($99 felt like too much right now)

-- Not sure what it actually does? (My emails didn't explain it clearly enough)

-- Already have something similar? (Another AI tool or system you're using)

-- Just not relevant to you right now? (Fair enough)

-- Something else entirely?

I'm not asking so I can hit you with a sales pitch...

I'm asking because I genuinely want to understand what my audience needs...

And whether I'm doing a good job of communicating what I build.

So if you've got 30 seconds...

Just hit reply and tell me.

Even one sentence is helpful.

Even "it's just not for me" is helpful.

I read every reply personally, and I won't follow up with a pitch, I promise.

Thanks for being here, [FIRST_NAME_PROCESSED GOES HERE].

-Csaba

P.S. -- If the answer is "I actually DO want it, but I missed the $99 window and $149 feels like too much"...

Tell me that too.

I'd love to know.

Quick thought experiment for you today [FIRST_NAME_PROCESSED GOES HERE]: Imagine three people sit down to write a sales page for the same product on the same Tuesday morning. Same offer. Same audience. Same deadline and all... But using three completely different approaches. (that lead to three completely different outcomes) Here's what happens to each of them: Person 1 "The Dinosaur" We'll call her Linda. Linda has been a copywriter for 18 years... And she refuses to use AI. Period. Says it...

Close to 100 of you voted on the mini survey email I sent out a few days ago. Some sent single letters... Others sent me actual essays about your business and what's keeping you stuck. I read every single response... And the feedback was loud and clear: A -- "wrong leads on my list" → had the biggest number of votes B -- "burning money on Meta ads" → clearly underperformed C -- "sales pages take weeks" → Came in as a very close second But I didn't stop there... Because I also weighted the...

There's a folder on my computer right now that's about 9 years in the making. Inside it: over 2,000 pages of notes. Notes from all sorts of copywriting & marketing courses I've taken... From books I've broken down obsessively... From sales letters I've studied line-by-line... (Plus a thick physical pile of actual hand-copied sales letters that I used to do for months when I was seriously studying the craft) And from years of my own real-world testing. At first, while working with over 100+...
